Hannah Shojaat – Co- Founder and Managing Director
Hannah Shojaat is a dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with a proven track record of success in both construction and real estate. As Co- Founder of Freeway Paving and Shojaat General Contracting Inc., she brings a unique combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and hands-on industry knowledge to every project.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a certificate in Construction Project Management, Hannah blends business acumen with technical skill. She began her career as a licensed real estate broker 10 years ago, quickly earning a reputation for her client-first approach and sharp market insight. Her drive to create lasting, high-quality results led her to expand into construction, where she has overseen projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to large-scale paving operations.
At Freeway Paving, Hannah’s leadership is defined by her commitment to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. She takes pride in delivering projects that are not only built to last but also exceed client expectations. Fluent in English, Russian, and Farsi, she brings a global perspective while remaining deeply connected to the local community she serves.

Ali Shojaat – Co-Founder & Chief Project Director
Ali Shojaat is a master builder and construction leader with over 35 years of hands-on experience in every facet of the industry. Since beginning his career in 1989, Ali has built a reputation for his unmatched skill, versatility, and commitment to perfection. From custom homes and commercial renovations to municipal city roads, parking lots, and high-end custom kitchens — if it involves construction, Ali has done it, and done it exceptionally well.
Learning the craft from his father at a young age, Ali’s foundation was built on hard work, precision, and an eye for design. His deep knowledge of both field operations and project management allows him to oversee every detail with the highest standards of quality and safety.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Shojaat General Contracting Inc., and Co-Founder of Freeway Paving, Ali brings a lifetime of experience to every project. His leadership, problem-solving abilities, and creative vision continue to shape the company’s success and reputation. Fluent in English and Farsi, Ali’s dedication to his work and clients is matched only by his passion for building structures that stand the test of time.

Sasan Nasseri – Director of Operations
Sasan Nasseri is a seasoned construction and design professional with over 20 years of international experience leading large-scale, high-profile projects across the Middle East, Central Asia, and North America. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Khayyam University of Mashhad, Sasan has built a career distinguished by his expertise in construction management, site coordination, and architectural design.
Throughout his career, Sasan has overseen the successful delivery of landmark developments including the Qatar Convention Center in Doha, the Al Fattan Crystal Towers in Dubai, and the Al Reem Tower residential high-rise in Qatar. His portfolio spans diverse sectors—from multi-use high-density towers and luxury residential complexes to retail, hospitality, and entertainment facilities.
Before joining Freeway Paving, Sasan held senior leadership roles with renowned firms such as Baytur Construction Company, Tabanlioglu Architects, and RouteHomes, where he managed multi-million-dollar contracts, coordinated cross-disciplinary teams, and ensured projects were delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Fluent in English, Persian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani, Sasan brings a global perspective, exceptional technical knowledge, and a proven ability to navigate complex, fast-paced construction environments. As Director of Operations, he leads with a commitment to precision, innovation, and client satisfaction—ensuring every project reflects the company’s dedication to excellence.
